Things to consider

If you are 5'4-5'8 but have a larger build than average. It would be advisable to get a medium for a more comfortable fit.

Furthermore, If you are 5'9-6'1 etc & have longer legs compared to torso. It would be advisable to get medium bottoms & small hoodie. To avoid a baggy hoodie, like wise if torso longer & legs shorter,

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return all UNWORN, UNDAMAGED items within 30 days of dispatch date. Items must be returned in their original condition, with their original tags and no evidence of stains or odors. 

How to return;

Email (Info@bornchaser.com) your BCM order number along with photos of the following items:

Clothing with tags, thankyou card and zip bag to the IG. This is to check the perfect condition of the items as this can hurt the validity of the exchange.

After everything has been checked, you will be sent a return form to print, fill out and return with the items. It is important you fill out all the boxes on the form & ship back using a cheap tracked service.

How long till the return is processed?

Returns are usually processed within 1-2 working days whether it is a refund or an exchange.

Processed exchanges will include tracking numbers via email & refunds usually take 2-7 working days ( Depending on your bank).

Any item(s) returned damaged may be rejected and sent back to the customer at the discretion of  Bornchaser.

Shipping time

Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase depending on availability and credit verification. Please be aware that you cannot change orders once they are shipped. Standard Standard (1-4 Working Days) (Please Note This Does Not Include Weekends or Public Holidays)

REST OF EUROPE DELIVERY

All orders are shipped from the UK. Bornchaser are in no way involved in the request of any customs charges or taxes when your order reaches your destination country.

These charges vary and are responsible to be paid by the recipient.

If clothing is in stock when order is made, it will be shipped within 48 hours by Hermes standard tracked. However if clothing is not in stock when purchase is made, a 2-4 week is appreciated for production to be completed and shipment to arrive to customer.

Tracking

All orders are tracked which can be found in the shipping notification via email inbox. You can track you order by entering the tracking number on the service it was shipped with.
