Items must be with their original tags and no evidence of stains or odors. 

How to return;

- Include your BCM order number e.g. BCM6001

- Outline the issues & the outcome you want

- Attach photos of front, back, side & closeups of items & packaging

After everything has been checked, you will be sent a return form.

How to send:

- Print out both attachments

- Fill all boxes on the form

- Place form inside bag

- Stick the return label over the original label

- Drop off parcel to your nearest post office

How long till the return is processed?

Returns are checked within 2 working days of delivery.

Refunds take 2-7 working days to reach your original payment method, depending on your bank.

If an item is lost during transit at no fault of customer, we will credit of equal value however If an item is lost due to incorrect address or service used, customer is not liable to a replacement or refund.

Any item(s) returned damaged may be rejected and sent back to the customer at the discretion of Bornchaser.

Fulfilment

Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase depending on availability and credit verification.

Items, size or address changes need to be made within the first 48hours of ordering due to the fast nature of fulfilment, once an order is packed & sent. We can not alter the order.

If items is not in stock at the time of purchase, a 2-3 week wait is appreciated for production to be completed and shipment to arrive to you

Bare in mind these are the average shipping times, orders can be delayed due to crises like covid, public holidays, operational delays or incorrect addresses.

- With international orders, you may be faced with a Duty/Import charge which can range from £5-£25 depending on government rules of country, customers are required to cover this charge.

- If an item is lost during transit at no fault of customer, we will resend a replacement however If an item is lost due to incorrect address, customer is not liable to a replacement or refund.

Preorders & New drops

All preorders/new drop will take 2-3 weeks for production, order dispatch to be completed. 

We appreciate all those who order & are patience, you truly help the brand grow 1% at a time.

If orders are delayed 4 weeks+ we will refund shipping cost, upgrade your order to next day or add a sweet discount for your next order.

Order cancellation

We have a 30 day return policy so you can return your item if wrong size was ordered for an exchange, which does not applies for new drops/preorders unless product is faulty.

All customers will be sent a exchange shipping fee of £5 (UK) & £10 of international customers.
