Returns & Exchanges

Items UNWORN, UNDAMAGED can be returned within 30 days of dispatch date.

Items must be with their original tags and no evidence of stains or odors. 

 

How to return;

- Email info@bornchaser.com or click here

- Include your BCM order number e.g. BCM6001

- Outline the issues & the outcome you want

- Attach photos of front, back, side & closeups of items & packaging

 

After everything has been checked, you will be sent a return form.

 

How to send:

- Print out both attachments

- Fill all boxes on the form

- Place form inside bag

- Stick the return label over the original label

- Drop off parcel to your nearest post office

 

How long till the return is processed?

Returns are checked within 2 working days of delivery.

Refunds take 2-7 working days to reach your original payment method, depending on your bank.

If an item is lost during transit at no fault of customer, we will credit of equal value however If an item is lost due to incorrect address or service used, customer is not liable to a replacement or refund.

 

Any item(s) returned damaged may be rejected and sent back to the customer at the discretion of Bornchaser.
