Refund policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return all UNWORN, UNDAMAGED items within 30 days of dispatch date. Items must be returned in their original condition, with their original tags and no evidence of stains or odors. 

How to return;

Email ( INFOBORNCHASERMAFIA@GMAIL.COM ) your BCM order number along with photos of the following items or click here:

Clothing with tags, thankyou card and zip bag to the IG. This is to check the perfect condition of the items as this can hurt the validity of the exchange.

After everything has been checked, you will be sent a return form to print, fill out and return with the items. It is important you fill out all the boxes on the form & ship back using a cheap tracked service.

How long till the return is processed?

Returns are usually processed within 1-2 working days whether it is a refund or an exchange.

Processed exchanges will include tracking numbers via email & refunds usually take 2-7 working days ( Depending on your bank).

If an item is lost during transit at no fault of customer, we will resend a replacement however If an item is lost due to incorrect address or service used, customer is not liable to a replacement or refund.

Preorders & New drops

All sales are finals e.g no item or size changes so please be 100% sure of your chosen item & size. If you need to check your size view here.

Returns are only valid for faulty or wrong item/size sent.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take 3-10 working days or your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If an item has been returned & customer has not confirmed whether they want a refund within 30 days, Bornchasermafia is entitled to only offer a gift card in equal value as an alternative or send back the item.
An exchange is still available if item returned in perfect condition.
